Last updated: August 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CRM Force ("CRM Force", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you use our website (crmforce.in), our application platform, our mobile apps, and free tools such as the GST invoice generator (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Note to the site owner: replace the placeholders marked [ ] below โ registered business name, address, CIN/GSTIN and grievance officer details โ before publishing, and have this reviewed by a lawyer for your specific business and jurisdiction. This page is a solid starting draft, not legal advice.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@crmforce.in. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity first.
8. Data you store as a CRM Force customer
If you use CRM Force to manage your own customers, employees or business data, you (the "Customer") act as the data controller for that information, and CRM Force acts as a data processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your customers' and employees' data (including selfie/location attendance data) and for your own privacy notices to them.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Free-tool submissions (e.g. invoices generated via the free invoice generator) are retained to enforce the one-invoice-per-browser limit and for basic analytics.
10. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Third-party links & integrations
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, payment gateways, Tally export). Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
