What is CRM Force, and who is it for in 2026?

CRM Force is business management software for Indian teams that want customer enquiries, billing, stock and employee records in one place. As of 2026, CRM Force offers a 14-day free trial and a starting annual price of ₹9,999. Owners can use the trial to test an actual enquiry-to-payment workflow before making a purchase decision. The useful question is whether the system fits your daily work, your staff permissions and the reports you need at closing time.

For a small service business, that workflow begins with a customer enquiry, continues through assignment and a quotation, and ends with an invoice and payment record. A retailer may begin at the billing counter and need stock visibility alongside customer history. Choose the relevant industry page, list your essential tasks, and ask the team to demonstrate each task using sample records. Confirm any custom configuration, integrations and commercial terms before relying on them.

Why combine CRM, billing and inventory instead of separate spreadsheets?

A connected workflow reduces the need to copy customer details between sales lists, invoices and stock sheets. The sales employee should see the latest conversation; the accounts employee should see the amount billed and paid; the owner should see the remaining balance. These are different views of the same business relationship, so consistent identifiers matter more than the number of dashboards.

Salesforce’s Small & Medium Business Trends research, published in December 2024, found integrated technology stacks among 66% of growing SMBs versus 32% of declining SMBs. This is an association in a global survey, not proof that software caused growth. The same survey found that 75% of SMBs were at least experimenting with AI. Read the original research and methodology. For your evaluation, create one sample customer and follow that record from enquiry to invoice. Check that names, phone numbers and payment status stay consistent without repeated entry. Ask how duplicates and corrections are handled when different employees update the same customer.

How should a lead move from first enquiry to a customer?

Begin with a clear lead source, contact details, assigned employee and next action. An enquiry should have an owner even when the customer has not answered the first call. Record what the customer wants, the last contact attempt and the next follow-up date. When the requirement becomes clear, move the lead to the appropriate stage and keep the reason for each change visible to the team.

Salesforce’s 2024 State of Sales survey reported that representatives spent 70% of their time on non-selling work. The survey covered 5,500 sales professionals; it describes the surveyed market, not CRM Force users. See the source. The same 2024 sales report found revenue growth among 83% of teams with AI compared with 66% without AI. A practical trial should include an unanswered enquiry, an interested prospect and a completed sale. Check reassignment, reminders and history for all three. Judge success by whether someone can quickly identify who owns the lead and what should happen next.

How can a business measure follow-up performance?

Use clearly defined measures rather than a vague promise of more sales. First-response time measures the delay between receiving an enquiry and the first recorded reply. Follow-up completion measures how many due actions were finished during the chosen reporting period. Conversion rate measures won customers divided by eligible enquiries, with a consistent rule for duplicates, spam and cancelled opportunities.

Worked example: if 120 genuine enquiries arrive in a month and 18 become customers, the conversion rate is 18 ÷ 120 × 100 = 15%. If 45 of 50 scheduled follow-ups are completed, completion is 90%. These are illustrative calculations, not customer results. Track the same definitions before and after introducing software, and compare similar enquiry sources. A busy sales campaign can change lead quality, so record the source mix as well as totals. Review overdue actions weekly and use the findings to adjust assignment and staffing rather than rewarding activity counts alone.

What should you test in billing and partial-payment records?

A useful billing test follows the money through the complete transaction. Start with the customer, enter item names, quantities and unit amounts, then review the calculated total and any applicable tax configuration. Confirm that the invoice is readable, the customer details are correct and the payment record can be checked later. Ask the team to demonstrate discounts, outstanding balances and corrections for the workflow you intend to use.

Illustrative payment example: a ₹12,000 invoice receives ₹3,000 in cash and ₹4,000 by UPI. Total receipts are ₹7,000 and the outstanding amount is ₹5,000. The payment dates and modes should remain separate records so the accounts team can reconcile them. Test a second payment on a later day and confirm that the balance becomes zero only after the full amount is recorded. Use this as an acceptance checklist during the demo; it is not a claim that every installation already supports each requested variation.

How does stock accuracy affect purchasing decisions?

Stock reporting is useful when the quantity on screen can be compared with the quantity on the shelf. Begin with opening quantities, record purchases and sales, and investigate discrepancies. Decide how returns, damaged items and transfers should affect available stock. Different businesses need different units: a retailer may count pieces, while a supplier may need boxes and individual units with an explicit conversion rule.

Worked example: opening stock of 80 units plus a purchase of 30 units minus sales of 25 units leaves 85 units before returns or adjustments. If a reorder point is 20 units and available stock falls to 18, the shortfall against that threshold is 2 units. These calculations illustrate the controls to test rather than measured software outcomes. During the trial, select a small group of products, compare the stock report with a physical count and inspect the transaction history for any difference. Confirm who can edit opening balances and authorize adjustments.

What should employee attendance and payroll reports show?

Attendance records should help an owner understand who worked, when they checked in and which exceptions need review. CRM Force describes selfie and GPS attendance alongside employee management. During a demonstration, check permission prompts, unsuccessful check-ins, corrections and the report available to an authorized manager. A location reading can support attendance review, but it does not by itself establish the full duration or quality of someone’s work.

Illustrative attendance example: if 18 employees are scheduled and 16 check in, the check-in rate is 16 ÷ 18 × 100 = 88.9%, rounded to one decimal place. Investigate the remaining two records before classifying them as absence; leave, a device issue or an unsubmitted check-in may explain the gap. For payroll, confirm the business’s salary rules, approved leave and overtime treatment with the team. Test a normal day and an exception, and restrict access to personal employee information to the people who need it.

How should WhatsApp and enquiry-source integrations be evaluated?

CRM Force’s website describes WhatsApp, website forms and enquiry-source integrations. Treat each connection as a separate setup task with its own account permissions and requirements. Ask which messages are captured, how a contact is matched to an existing lead and where replies appear. A WhatsApp Business mobile account and an API-based integration are different arrangements; confirm the supported arrangement for your business before purchase.

A practical integration test uses 10 sample enquiries from the intended source. Check how many arrive, how many are assigned correctly and whether duplicates are detected. If 9 of 10 arrive, the observed delivery rate in that small test is 90%; investigate the missing event rather than assuming it is acceptable. These are test figures, not a production reliability claim. Also check disconnected credentials, delivery failures and staff reassignment. Confirm any provider charges and setup costs separately from the software subscription, and agree who will monitor failed synchronizations after launch.

What does current research say about AI for small businesses?

As of this 2026 content review, useful published evidence includes Salesforce’s December 2024 SMB survey and Microsoft’s 2025 Work Trend Index. Salesforce reported that 91% of SMBs using AI said it boosted revenue. Microsoft reported that 80% of the global workforce lacked the time or energy to do their work. These are self-reported research findings from different populations; they are not a forecast of your results. Salesforce source · Microsoft source.

Use AI where the input and output can be checked: drafting a follow-up, summarizing recorded notes or helping a manager identify overdue work. Confirm which capabilities are available in the demonstrated CRM Force setup. Start with one repeatable task, keep a human responsible for customer commitments and compare accuracy against your current process. Clear records and reliable permissions provide a stronger foundation than adding automation to incomplete customer data.

Why do experienced sales leaders emphasize customer relationships?

A CRM is useful when it helps employees understand the customer’s requirement and continue a conversation without asking the same questions repeatedly. Notes should explain the situation, the promised next action and the reason for a decision. The goal is a better conversation and a dependable handover, especially when the employee who took the enquiry is unavailable.

“Deep relationships with customers are the difference-makers when it comes to challenging sales environments.”

Ketan Karkhanis, EVP and GM of Sales Cloud at Salesforce, at the time of publication — July 2024 source.

This quotation concerns sales practice, not an endorsement of CRM Force. Apply the principle with a simple test: can a colleague open a lead and understand what the customer needs without calling the original employee? Review a sample of 10 lead records and count how many contain a clear next action. Use gaps in that sample to improve staff guidance and handover quality.

How should an owner approach AI adoption and expert advice?

Start with a defined business problem, a person responsible for reviewing the output and a way to measure whether the process improved. Salesforce’s SMB survey found 74% of growing businesses increasing data-management investment versus 47% of declining businesses. A business with inconsistent contact data should clean that data before expecting reliable automation. Salesforce’s December 2024 survey also reported that 87% of SMB respondents with AI said it helped scale operations, while 86% reported improved margins. Read the survey. A team with overdue follow-ups may benefit more from clear assignment rules and reminders than from a complex automated campaign.

“AI is leveling the playing field between SMBs and larger enterprises.”

The quotation describes a broader industry view and is not a CRM Force endorsement. For an illustrative 20-task pilot, classify each output as usable, needing editing or unsuitable. If 15 outputs are usable without changes, the observed rate is 75%. Report editing time and errors alongside that rate. Compare the same task before and after the pilot, and expand only when the team can explain why the result is reliable.

How much does CRM Force cost as of 2026?

CRM Force lists a starting subscription price of ₹9,999 per year and a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. ₹9,999 divided by 12 is ₹833.25 per month as an annual-cost equivalent; this calculation does not mean a monthly payment option is available. Ask for a current written quote covering your business, any taxes, integration setup, customization and renewal terms before paying.

The trial is an opportunity to compare the cost with a measurable task. Illustrative break-even calculation: valuing one hour of staff time at ₹250 means ₹9,999 ÷ ₹250 = approximately 40 hours per year, or 3.33 hours per month, would equal that subscription amount. This is a planning example, not a promised saving or cash return. Count setup and training effort as well. Longer commitments should be evaluated against your expected usage and the terms offered, rather than assuming that the largest headline discount is always the best choice.

How can you compare 2025 and 2026 business performance fairly?

A year-over-year comparison is useful only when both periods use the same definitions and cover comparable activity. Compare the same calendar months, explain changes in staffing or marketing budget and distinguish total sales from collected payments. Count enquiries consistently and exclude the same kinds of duplicate or invalid records in both periods. Keep a copy of the underlying report so someone else can reproduce the calculation.

Illustrative example: 200 qualified enquiries in September 2025 and 250 in September 2026 represent 25% year-over-year growth: (250 − 200) ÷ 200 × 100. If customers won increase from 30 to 35, wins grow 16.7%, while conversion moves from 15% to 14%. That combination shows why a higher enquiry count does not automatically mean better conversion. These are hypothetical figures, not CRM Force customer results. Use the comparison to identify whether source quality, response time or capacity changed, and record those explanations beside the report.

What should you check during the 14-day free trial?

Use the 14-day trial as a structured evaluation of daily work. In the first few days, create sample customers, products and employee records. Next, run an enquiry through assignment and follow-up, create a sample bill and check the reports. In the final days, review permissions, export requirements, support response and any integration setup with the people who will actually use the software.

An illustrative trial scorecard can contain 12 essential tasks. If 10 work as expected and two need configuration, the observed completion rate is 83.3%. List the unresolved tasks explicitly; a percentage alone can hide a critical missing requirement. Test at least one exception such as a duplicate lead, a payment correction or an unsuccessful attendance check-in. Keep sample data clearly identifiable and agree how it will be removed or migrated. Before subscribing, obtain answers about backups, access after cancellation and any custom work that is needed for your business.

Where do the statistics come from, and how should you use them?

This guide was reviewed on 3 October 2026 by the CRM Force editorial team. External benchmarks retain their original publication years so readers can distinguish a refreshed page from newly collected research. Salesforce’s 2024 State of Sales research surveyed 5,500 sales professionals across 27 countries. Its December 2024 SMB research gathered 3,350 leader responses, with fieldwork from August through September 2024. Both are global vendor-sponsored surveys, not independent measurements of CRM Force performance.

Microsoft’s 2025 Work Trend Index combines global research with workplace signals; its findings describe the population and methodology in that report.
